Not all cases are eligible for online payments. No online payments will be accepted from those considered a juvenile as defined by certain offenses, and may include defendants who are under the age of 21.
Payments constitute a plea of no contest and will result in a conviction. A conviction may result in additional surcharges owed to the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Contact the court if you would like to plead not guilty and request a bond.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your payment/case to be processed, including payments made on a weekend or holiday observed by Travis County.
Warrants will be recalled the next business day. It is important to keep your receipt for proof of payment.If you have a Department of Public Safety (DPS) failure to appear hold on your driver’s license, please allow 1 business day for the court to notify DPS that the outstanding violation has been satisfied.
There will be a 2.75% convenience fee added to your total balance for all online payments.
