When we discover a paper with bad respondent addresses, a process will be transferred to Precinct Five's Research department where research staff attempt to find a good address.

Constable researchers use a variety of databases, including law enforcement, national and local offense records, credit bureaus, voter registration, postal information, utilities, etc.

You will be notified by fax or phone when a process has been transferred to Research and when new service information is obtained.

Our research services are included in the single service fee.
