Our Mission Statement
The primary mission of the Precinct 5 Constable's office is to effectively process and execute civil and criminal process in accordance with Federal and State law, Texas Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure and Travis County Local Rules.
Our mission is a critical component of the administration of justice in Travis County. The execution of Civil Process by this office ensures that Travis County citizens receive due process. The execution of criminal and family law ensures the protection of Travis County citizens and expedites case resolution. All Constable Five personnel are sensitive and responsive to plaintiffs and defendants in the performance of their duties. To that end, personnel are expected to be able to work together to set and accomplish workload priorities.
